PAYMENT
I accept paypal, and can only ship once payment has cleared through paypal. Please be aware that 'e-checks' through paypal can take up to 14 days to clear.
SHIPPING
Your order will ship out via USPS first class mail. My goal is to ship your order within 2 days after payement is received. Custom and larger orders may take a litle longer, but I will let you know when I expect to ship. If you require faster shipping, contact me and we can work out a different method and any additional fees that will be neccessary.
Please make sure your paypal address is correct, and contact me immediately if any changes need to be made to the shipping address.
US DOMESTIC ORDERS:
For US domestic orders, you will receive complimentary tracking information that will be sent to the email address associated with your paypal account.
INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE US) ORDERS:
Unfortunately, I am unable to provide tracking information for international orders. International shipping times will vary, and in some instances can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Please understand that once I hand your package to a postal employee, I have no control over how or when it gets to you. I do my best to follow all protocal to make sure it does not get held up in customs uneccessarily. If you would like to upgrade to an international shipping method that provides tracking information, contact me, and we can work out the fees associated with that.
PACKAGING
Your purchase will ship in a small bubble lined mailer. Your jewelry will be packaged in a small brown kraft paper jewelry box with bright tissue paper and ribbon. I will package your order in the smallest number of boxes I can (usually two pieces per box if practical). If you would like each boxes individually, let me know at checkout and I'd be happy to accomodate you. If your purchase is a gift, let me know and I'll tailor my packaging accordingly. I'd be happy to include a hand written note with your message at no additional charge.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Refunds and exchanges of unworn pieces are accepted within 7 days of recieving your item. If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, contact me and let me know and then just mail it back and I will refund your item through paypal less. Buyer is responsible for shipping.
If your item doesnt fit as expected (too long, too short) or you have any issues with it, contact me and we can talk about solutions. I want you to LOVE your piece and will do my best to make sure that you do!
If an item breaks, contact me and we can talk about options to fix it. I am happy to fix it for you if you send it back to me, just contact me and let me know what the problem is. You pay shipping back to me, and I'll pay shipping back to you.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES AND FAQ
As with all handmade jewelry, my pieces should be taken care of and stored in a safe, dry place. I do not recommend showering, swimming or exercising vigorously in my jewelry. Storing jewelry in a cloth jewelry bag or plastic bag will help keep it patina-free for longer. Sterling silver pieces can be gently cleaned with a silver polishing cloth.
As with all plated jewelry (gold plated and silver plated), over time the metal plating will rub off. The rate of this varies depending on a persons skin and the care of the piece. Always remove plated jewelry before bathing, swimming or vigorous exercise. If your jewelry gets wet, gently pat it dry.
I use a lot of very delicate chain in my designs so please take care not to stress the connections too much. As I've said before, if something breaks or you have any questions about your piece, contact me!
