I think of this necklace as an ode to my favorite city in the world - New Orleans. New Orleans is nestled in a sweeping crescent of the great Mississippi River, giving it the nickname 'The Crescent City'. While this is how I think of it, it can also be seen as an abstract moon shape for astronomy lovers out there.
I've hand formed a cresent shape from gold filled wire, hammered it lightly for strength and dimension, and suspended it from a gold filled chain using gold filled wire.
Your necklace will be handmade to order, so expect some minor variations....yours will be a one-of-a-kind!
